5tarwin is a Chicago based Artist who began his musical journey back in the early 90's starting as a DJ, doing Live PA's and making music. Formerly known as DJ Napalm where he broke into the scene known for his unique blending of techno and house. In which later he begain combining breaks, hip-hop and dubstep into his style.

5tarwin also started working at Slang Music Group, owned by Vince Lawrence who co-wrote a Chicago House classic "Love can't turn Around" featuring Farely Jack Master Funk. There working with KE2 he furthered his Sound Engineering skills.

He worked on other artist, commercial songs for TV. Remixes for Tony Thomas, Byonce "End of Time", Madonna "Ray of Light", Illangelo "Perfect Place", bLAck pARty "Summer Love". In turn later he began doing commercial songs for large agencies in downtown Chicago which where featured on TV commercials or online videos.
